Does the app need an internet connection?
No — CompareIt+ works 100% offline. All data and calculation results are stored on your device and never transmitted anywhere.
Is there a subscription or any cost?
None at all — CompareIt+ is 100% free. No monthly subscription, no ads, and no in-app purchases.
How do I use the Unit Price Compare tool?
Open Hub → Unit Price Compare. Enter the name (optional), price, and size/weight for each product. Tap "Calculate" and the app instantly computes the price per unit and highlights the best-value option. You can add up to 10 products.
What's the difference between Flat Rate and Reducing Balance?
Reducing Balance calculates interest on the remaining principal (used by most banks for home loans). Flat Rate calculates interest on the full original amount throughout the term (common for car loans and some personal loans). Use Compare mode to see both side-by-side.
What's the difference between Car Hire Purchase and Loan Installment?
Car Hire Purchase is purpose-built for car financing — enter the car price, down payment %, term, and flat interest rate, and the app shows your monthly payment, the true effective APR (Reducing Balance equivalent), total interest, and overall cost. This helps you see the real cost of the loan before committing. The Loan Installment tool is more general-purpose and supports both calculation methods with a side-by-side rate comparison.
Can I share a calculation result?
Yes — tap Share on any result screen. The app creates a branded image you can save or share to LINE, Instagram, or any other app.
Where can I find past calculations?
Go to the History tab (clock icon). All saved comparisons are listed there. Tap any entry to re-run it, or swipe to delete.
How do I delete history?
Delete one entry: swipe left or tap the delete icon on the card in History. Delete all: History tab → trash icon (top-right corner).
Can I customise which tools appear on the Hub?
Yes — tap the ⚙️ icon on the Hub screen to open the Customize sheet and toggle tools on or off. You can also switch between Grid and List view using the button in the App Bar.
How do I change the language or theme?
Go to the Settings tab (gear icon) and select your language (Thai / English) or theme (Light / Dark / System).
Will I lose my data if I change phones?
Calculation history is stored on-device only. If you switch phones or uninstall the app, the data will be lost. We recommend saving or sharing any results you want to keep.
Which devices are supported?
Both iOS and Android.
